inspiration Sunday

I decided to get used to make a random inspirational post once in a week,because my head is always full of various impressions and thoughts which should be arranged in order.Now I'm having a real porridge in my head,so let's talk about my principal inspiration.It's Paris.I'm not talking about the city itself(the city is amazing,though I've never been there),I talk about its soul,its artistic and fashion environment.What does impress and inspirate me most of all? Paris at the beginning of the 20th century with its cabares,chanson,monmartre's artists and Dyagilev's russian seasons.
You may say that it's rather insane to be admired by cabares,but if you look at Toulouse-Lautrec's works of art portraying prostitues,dancers and ordinary working-class women,you'll realize that I'm not the only one.

And of course,I can't but mention my favorite Monmartre's artist Amedeo Modigliani.

You know,I'm not a great lover of the ballet,but the russian seasons are the exeption.They seem to be smt mysterious to me.I'm fascinated by the costumes,stravinsky's music,make-up,choreography...EVERYTHING!!
